雪崩光電二極管偏置控制器和寬范圍(5 nA - 5 mA)電流監(jiān)控器

ADL5317是一款高壓、寬動態(tài)范圍偏置和電流監(jiān)控器件，最適合與雪崩光電二極管一起使用。當(dāng)提供最高80 V的穩(wěn)定高壓電源時，可以利用3 V兼容 VSET 引腳在6 V至75 V范圍內(nèi)設(shè)置VAPD 引腳上的偏置電壓。VAPD 引腳提供5 nA至5 mA范圍內(nèi)的源電流，電流鏡以5:1比例精確鏡像該電流，并通過IPDM 監(jiān)控器輸出源電流。在典型應(yīng)用中，監(jiān)控器輸出驅(qū)動一個電流輸入對數(shù)放大器，產(chǎn)生代表光電二極管入射光功率的輸出。光電二極管陽極可以與高速跨阻放大器相連，以便提取數(shù)據(jù)流。????????????????????? 施加于VSET 引腳的0.2 V至2.5 V信號（相對于COMM ）; ? 精確設(shè)置雪崩光電二極管偏置電壓\n寬偏置范圍：6 V至75 V，利用3 V兼容控制接口設(shè)置\n\n? 60倍光電二極管電流（5:1比例）監(jiān)控范圍\n線性度：0.5% (10 nA - 1 mA)，1% (5 nA - 5 mA);
