Standard Voltage Detectors; ?檢測電壓在1.9V to 4.6V(Typ.)范圍內(nèi)以0.1V為級差備有多個型號產(chǎn)品形成產(chǎn)品線\n?高精度檢測電壓：±1%\n?低消耗電流;

ROHM的雙極型復(fù)位IC系列是為了防止CPU和邏輯電路的電源在ON/OFF時或出現(xiàn)瞬斷等情況處于過渡狀態(tài)時時發(fā)生系統(tǒng)誤動作而開發(fā)的RECETRESET IC。它用電源、GND、復(fù)位輸出三引腳結(jié)構(gòu)檢測各式各樣的系統(tǒng)的電源電壓，輸出復(fù)位信號。它具有超小型、消耗電流低的特點(diǎn)，在便攜式設(shè)備中使用尤為方便。系列中的各個型號產(chǎn)品都是無鉛產(chǎn)品，符合RoHS指令。
