The ZSM560 is a three terminal under voltage monitor circuit for use in microprocessor systems. The threshold voltage of the device has been set to 4.6V making it ideal for 5 volt circuits. Included in the device is a precise voltage reference and a comparator with built in hysteresis to prevent err; SOT223 and TO92 packages\n\t\n\t\tPower on reset generator\n\t\n\t\tAutomatic reset generation\n\t\n\t\tLow standby current\n\t\n\t\tGuaranteed operation from 1V\n\t\n\t\tWide supply voltage range\n\t\n\t\tInternal clamp diode to discharge delay capacitor\n\t\n\t\t4.6V threshold for 5V logic\n\t\n\t;
